Group Training

At Shire PTC we provide various group-training programs that cater for a wide range of clients. Our programs are unique, innovative and effective and are designed to incorporate all of the health and fitness components.  Group sessions can be conducted within a controlled indoor setting or a dynamic outdoor environment and are tailored to produce maximum results.

Trainers design and implement sessions to cater for varying fitness levels, so all sessions have scaled options.
