Functional training is not defined by what the exercise looks like but by the effect that it produces upon adaptation. Training functionally will allow you to move and control your body better and become more functional in sport, leisure and everyday life. The classes have a learning environment that is catered to all individuals. The focus is on skill development and movement efficiency, regressing movement patterns to maintain intensity without sacrificing safety.

There will be different types of Functional Classes that will each develop different aspects of the ten fitness domains including a broad focus on coordination, balance and accuracy.

Functional Strength - will have a dominance on improving your ability to lift heavier weight and become stronger

Functional Power - will have a dominance on improving your ability to move fast and become more powerful

Functional Cardio - will have a dominance on training your cardiovascular system aiming to increase your fitness
