Mobility implies freedom to move and the ability to engage a part of parts of the body in the entire range of motion without undue stress to tendons, ligaments or joints. The mobility classes aim to increase ranges of motion required to effectively complete functional movements in the other classes. Sessions are designed to help your body recover and move more effectively not only in proceeding workout but in everyday life. Think an adaptation of a stretch class merged with yoga. You will be stretching, holding, relaxing, balancing, massaging, controlling and contracting! Even though the intensity will be lower, if you ask the current members, it is still a challenging workout!
