Whether you are a seasoned professional or a beginner our morning run groups are a great way to start the day! All sessions cater for various running principles with the main focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance and running threshold capacity. We work on achieving personal running goals over selected distances and help train clients towards participating in fun runs within the Sydney Running Calendar.

Our run club meets at the facility and uses surrounding suburbs as their playground! From faster, short intervals to develop anaerobic energy systems to longer paced intervals for aerobic development the classes have a variety of programming principles to develop key running and physiological attributes. The coach adapts the the daily program caters for individual differences, so there is no pre requisite of speed or fitness level to participate!
