One of our Affiliates The RUNNING MOVEMENT are providing a running strength program at SHIRE PTC. Gym based Run Strength Session held for 60 minutes, weekly, over 9 week “Terms”. For runners of all abilities wanting to prevent the dreaded runners’ injuries you’ve read or heard so much about. It will be a high intensity class focusing on strength and agility movements to assist with injury prevention. Core work that enables you to maintain good posture while running. Perfect for runners looking at cross training or that may have been injured in the past.
